Then my home program phase 1.0 is for you. 6 weeks of progressive and motivating workouts to build every aspect of your fitness. From strength to agility, balance, cardio, mobility, and more.
Phase 1.0 is ultimately about learning the basic’s from home with a great amount of focus on progressive overload which not only will help you get stronger, but is also going to promote muscle gain, weight loss, and fat loss. Which you may understand as the term “toning”.
Phase 1.0 is intended to be progressed to 2.0, and 3.0. Take these home programs, build your body and confidence. Maybe even just enough to get you walking into your local gym fierce and ready to take your goals to the next level.
